I had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the modern and classy design of the hotel. Secondly, the staff was friendly and spoke English well, making the service fantastic. Lastly, the breakfast had a good variety of both continental and Chinese options, ensuring everyone's preferences were met.
All in all, everything was ok.

raku kitchen, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. in love with forward hotel nangang. great place for a vacation in taipei! services included free wifi.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the city area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided in the clean rooms were just what I needed. The breakfast had a decent selection and was enjoyable. The location was convenient and close to public transit. It was nice to have free wifi and a comfortable bed to sleep in.

This hotel had a great price for its location, just a short walk away from the convention center. The room was clean and had free wifi, which was perfect for our romantic getaway. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a 7-11 nearby for late-night snacks.
The gym was uncomfortably warm due to the lack of air conditioning and we couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Additionally, the toilet had a new, unfamiliar cleaning device that was only labeled in Chinese and caused confusion. the hotel was decent but had some minor issues that could be improved.

The hotel’s location is a plus being close to MRT station for convenient access to Taipei’s central area, Nangang exhibition center, and fairground; making it ideal for business travelers. the rooms and bathrooms are modern and comfortable, with laundry facilities available free, a perfect addition if staying for a long duration. Service is good, with friendly and accommodating staff. the breakfast buffet, a mix of western and Chinese dishes, is a great start to the day.
Some road noise might disturb those light sleepers.
